Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the RapaPay platform, operated by [Registered Business Name] ("RapaPay", "we", "us"), by organisations ("Organisations") and their members ("Members") for setting up and managing recurring collection mandates and payments. By creating an account or using RapaPay, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RapaPay lets an Organisation record dues owed by its Members, collect recurring or one-time payments via UPI Autopay / eNACH mandates and other supported payment methods, and maintain a shared record ("passbook") of collections and payments. Payment processing is carried out through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments, and other regulated payment infrastructure providers.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and one-time passcodes.

3. Mandates & Payments

When you authorise a mandate, you permit RapaPay and its payment partners to debit the linked bank account or UPI handle for the amounts and on the schedule you approve. You may view, pause, or revoke a mandate at any time through your account, subject to the notice periods required by your bank/UPI application and applicable NPCI/RBI guidelines.

4. Fees

Fees applicable to Organisations and Members for use of the platform are described on our Pricing page and are stated in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Fees may change with prior notice.

5. Organisation & Member Responsibilities

Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of dues, notices, and mandate amounts they raise against Members. RapaPay is not a party to the underlying relationship between an Organisation and its Members and does not guarantee the correctness of dues raised by an Organisation.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds of payments collected through the platform are handled as described in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal and financial information as necessary to provide the service, verify identity (KYC), and comply with applicable law. [Link to Privacy Policy — placeholder].

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for suspected fraud, non-compliance with these Terms, or as required by law or our payment partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RapaPay's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
